NOSTALGIA BUKCHON MAKGEOLLI
Traditional Korean alcoholic beverage
NOSTALGIA is a premium hanok (traditional Korean house) hotel brand located in the heart of Seoul's city center.

REVATION has collaborated with NOSTALGIA on the "Bukchon Makgeolli' package project,
which offers a premium makgeolli experience for NOSTALGIA's VVIP customers.

DESIGN MOTIVE
The package is designed in the shape of NOSTALGIA’s hanok, portraying a Korean image,
and it’s made entirely from 100% paper materials.
The curves of a traditional Korean hanok were incorporated into the package, symbolically representing the image of Korea.

The product consists of a glass container for makgeolli and two ice packs.
Designed and manufactured with strength and structure capable of supporting a total weight of 1.5kg
ensuring freshness and stability can be maintained.
With REVATION's water-resistant and distinct paper material, even if the ice pack melts, the package won't get wet or tear.
Furthermore, the internal structure of the package securely stabilizes the makgeolli container, preventing it from shaking within the package.

The handle on the top of the package is designed with a protruding shape to provide a comfortable grip and increased stability.
The bottom of the package is designed with a standing structure, allowing customers to place and store the package anywhere they desire.
Through REVATION's sustainable packaging, it has become a new premium makgeolli that stands out from the traditional alcoholic beverage market.
